See also http://bit.ly/2xqZy52 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting approval of a Preliminary Short Plat, Environmental (SEPA) Review, and one Street Modification for the proposed subdivision of a property located at the northwest corner of SE Renton Issaquah Rd and Nile Ave NE (parcel number 0323059120). The subject property totals 107,593 square feet (2.46 acres) in area and is currently vacant. The property is located within the Residential-4 (R-4) zone and within the Residential Low Density (LD) land use designation. The proposed residential density is 3.34 dwelling units per net acre. The proposal is to subdivide the project site into five lots, one critical area tract (Tract A), and one drainage facility tract (Tract B). An offsite creek is located west of the subject site. The creek buffer is proposed to be located within the critical area tract. Access to the site is proposed via a public road with cul-de-sac extending from Mt Baker Pl NE from the north. The proposed residential lots range in size from 9,534 SF to 13,459 SF. There are three existing trees located on site, of which the applicant is proposing to retain one tree. Appeals of the environmental determination must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on January 21, 2020, together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Examiner are governed by City of RMC 4-8-110 and information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk’s Office, (425) 430-6510.
