Installation of cold patch asphalt ramps at the NW corner of Oaksdale to allow temporary pedestrian access during construction and overnight. Work to be completed under this change order shall be subject to current state prevailing wage rates.The Contractor and any new or returning subcontractors shall submit new Intent to Pay Prevailing Wage forms to Labor and Industries for this current work. Reason for Change: Match as-built conditions at SE Lind. Provide temporary pedestrian access due November elections.
