Subject: Request for Extension
Bethany Corner Short Plat, LUA16-000958, ECF, SHPL-A,
Dear Mr. Seek:
This office has reviewed your request (January 10, 2020) to extend an approved short plat (File No. LUA16-000958)
that will expire on January 13, 2020.
Pursuant to RMC 4-7-070M, the municipal code allows the original approving body to issue a single one (1) year
extension. Therefore, your short plat extension request is approved on one condition:
1. The applicant shall begin construction of improvements (i.e. erosion control installation and grading)
before June 1st, 2020.
If the extension is granted but the condition above is not met, the extension shall be null and void and the
preliminary plat approval shall be deemed expired. All construction must be completed or deferred and the final
plat recorded in accordance with City Code prior to the last day of the potential extension period (January 12,
2021). Please note that no additional extensions will be granted.
