During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further. The following information will need to be submitted before April 14, 2020 so that we may continue the review of the above subject application:  A report prepared by a State of Washington licensed engineer containing the elements and information identified in the City of Renton “Policy Guidelines for Traffic Impact Analysis of New Development” in sufficient detail to define potential problems related to the proposed development and identify the improvements necessary to accommodate the development in a safe and efficient manner.  Fuel truck delivery service is current not allowed in the City of Renton. The Traffic Impact Analysis must account for off-site refueling activities for trucks and equipment. At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information.
