of the sewer and water permits, GIS map showing the services and a copy of the current utility billing screen for Account

Per our telephone conversation, attached is a site plan showing our proposed scope of work; replacing underground tanks
and related piping, plus new dispensers and pump islands – at a location already being served by SCWSD. No change to the
