HomeMy WebLinkAboutPN_Project_Narrative_Shoreline_Exemption_200115_v1Shoreline Exemption Request Douglas & Marjorie Harwood 3713 Lk Wash Blvd N Renton, WA 98059 We are requesting a shoreline variance for our 3 story residential elevator installation. The 75 sq ft elevator shaft is to be installed within the building’s current footprint on the East side of the home (furthest from the shoreline) where a 2 story stairwell currently resides. The exception is being requested as the project will in no way affect the shoreline as the shaft will be installed on the land side of the home within it’s current footprint. Anticipated dates of work will be mid-January to late March. Estimated constructions costs/fair market value will be $100,000. No fill or excavation is proposed nor will any trees be removed. The distance from closest area of work and ordinary high water mark is 65 ft. Current shoreline is bulkhead. Thank you, Douglas & Marjorie Harwood
