TERMINATION OF ACCESS AND UTILITIES EASEMENT
THIS TERMINATION OF ACCESS AND UTILITIES EASEMENT ("Termination"), dated
l$ 2020, is made by GREGORY M. FAWCETT and SABRA S.
FAWCETT, hu and and wife; and GEORGE A. FAWCETT, as his separate estate
(collectively, "Grantor") and CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation
("Grantee").
RECITALS
A. Grantor owns that certain real property located in the City of Renton,
King County, Washington, commonly known as King County Assessor's Parcel No.
3224059081 and legally described on the attached Exhibit A ("Benefited Property");
B. Grantee owns that certain real property located in the City of Renton,
King County, Washington, commonly known as King County Assessor's Parcel No.
3224059109 and legally described on the attached Exhibit A"("Burdened Property");
C. The Benefited Property is benefited and the Burdened Property is
burdened by an Access and Utilities Easement ("Easement") over, under, through,

across, and upon the Burdened Property to serve the Benefited Property, which
Easement was dated December 14, 2017 and recorded under King County Recording No.

D. Grantor desires to release and terminate the Easement under the terms
and conditions of this Termination.
TERMINATION
1. Termination of Easement. By signing below, Grantor agrees that the Easement
is hereby released and terminated and is of no further force or effect.
