Right, they are looking at the approved version that we have since tweaked to match up with Dan’s structural plan. We only changed a few minor spot grades and such which has no affect
on the modeling of the vault, still functions the same as the approved version. May need to run the updated by Jonathan though since the version in the building permit set isn’t stamped
as “approved”. I left him a voicemail. That C4.31 in the building permit submittal that the City reviewed is the correct updated version and matches Dan’s plan.

Please contact the Permit Center at 425-430-7200 for questions regarding the submittal documents needed or to schedule an intake appointment should you have all the necessary documents.
You shouldn’t need as many documents as a typical building permit, since this is just for structural review of the vault.

Who should I contact in the Building Department? I don't know how many copies, fees, applications forms, etc., so I'm hoping to talk to someone before I show up at the counter.

I’ve been super swamped, just got to your message. If the changes are only structural in nature, then you need to submit this change through the building department for structural review.
If you are changing the size and/or volume of the vault, I would need to review that and your engineer would need to provide new model calculations to show that the new size will still
meet flow control requirements.
