In answer to the questions posed below:
1) Per RMC 4-8-100I, the appeal deadline shall be based upon issuance of my Decision Upon
Reconsideration, resolving the City's reconsideration request as well as any other timely request
for reconsideration. The appeal deadline for the currently issued Final Decision is no longer in
effect.
2) Reconsideration requests can be filed by email to Cynthia Moya in the City Clerk's Office,
CMoya@rentonwa.gov.
3) Ex. 22 as posted on-line appears to contain most, but not all of the documents in PSE's thumb
drive. My Final Decision only used the thumbdrive documents posted on the City's website in
Ex. 22. I refer anyone who wishes to have copies of any documents other than those posted as
Ex. 22 on the City's website to ask Jill Ding in the planning department.

Ms. Weir and/or Ms. Moya,
1. Mr. Aramburu was a recipient of Ms. Weir’s February 13, 2020 email providing the
Revised Notice of Decision and a link to “view all electronic documents.” However, the
exhibits are not all available at that link site; in fact, Ms. Ding’s document providing
additional exhibits gives only the front page of each, with a note stating that the
documents are available in a “laserfiche submittals folder.”
Could you please attach all documents not actually resident at the city’s link site ( link)
or provide a new link enabling us to access all the exhibits?
Also, PSE attorneys provided the Examiner with a thumb drive of documents, how were those
made available to parties and the public? Will we be able to review those on the city’s website as
well?
2. The revised notice of decision letter from Mr. Seth states that “the appeal and
reconsideration deadlines for the Puget Sound Energize Eastside, LUA18-000055,
CU-H, SME, has (sic) been extended from February 25, 2020 to February 28,
2020.”
Could you please confirm whether,
a) Since the city itself has already submitted a motion for reconsideration, the deadline
for Appeals will move to a date following a Decision on the City’s (or other parties’)
request(s) for Reconsideration?
b) Requests for Reconsideration or Appeals are to be submitted by email?
