Dear Applicant:
This office has reviewed the request (dated February 13, 2020) from Brent Sutten of Actualize,
LLC, on behalf of Verizon Wireless, to extend an approved Administrative Conditional Use
Permit (File No. LUA17-000869) that expired on January 31, 2020.
Pursuant to RMC 4-9-030.F.9, the municipal code allows the original approving body to issue a
single two (2) year extension. Therefore, your Conditional Use Permit extension request is
approved. The Conditional Use Permit will expire on January 31, 2022.
You should be aware this office is empowered to issue only one such extension. If the associate
building permits are not applied for by January 31, 2022 it will expire and cannot be extended
again. In addition, please note that the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SSDP)
approved as part of the original application expired on January 31, 2020 and is no longer
eligible for an extension. Therefore this letter does not constitute an extension of the SSDP.
