This easement is granted and accepted subject to the following conditions: LPA-324 Page 1 of 5 Pages Parcel No.30 10/2014 EASEMENT 1.1 That, in constructing the aforesaid improvements, the City shall do no unnecessary injury to any trees, shrubs, lawns, buildings, fences, or appurtenances within the property; and shall restore the surface of the ground to the same condition in which it was before the start of the improvements as near as such restoration can be made; 1.2 That, upon completion of any repair or maintenance work, the City shall leave the premises substantially the same as it was on the day work commenced; 1.3 That the City shall indemnify,defend and hold harmless Grantor from any claim or damage which might arise as a result of the work performed; 1.4 That the Grantor shall not obstruct the easement premises in any manner that will prevent or interfere with the use of the easement for the purposes identified herein, or allow any third party to obstruct the premises in a manner that will prevent or interfere with use of the easement for the purposes identified here. It is understood and agreed that delivery of this easement is hereby tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Renton unless and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Renton, by its authorized agent.
