SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED ON LOTS
CREATED BY THIS SUBDIVISION (LOTS 1 THROUGH 12) MUST IMPLEMENT FLOW
CONTROL BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES (BMPS). THE TYPE OF BMPS TO BE
IMPLEMENTED WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPENDIX C OF THE KING COUNTY
SURFACE WATER MANUAL. COMPLIANCE WITH THE BMP REQUIREMENT MUST BE
ADDRESSED IN THE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMIT DRAINAGE
REVIEW WHEN AN APPLICATION IS MADE FOR A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL

A FLOW CONTROL DRAINAGE SITE PLAN, DECLARATION OF COVENANT AND EROSION
AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN FOR EACH LOT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED
