The City of Renton will accept Sealed Bids in the office
of the City Clerk, 1st floor, Menton Municipal Building,
200 Mill Avenue South, until 2 :00 P. M. on June 13 , 1975
at which time Bids will be opened and publicly read for
the sale of house and lot at 1511 Lake Avenue South,
Renton, Washington, Lot #57 , Block 7 C. D. Hillman's
Earlington Gardens,: Division # 1.
