DRAINAGE TRACT AND IS HEREBY CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF RENTON OR ITS SUCCESSOR AGENCY FOR
OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE PURPOSES. TRACT X IS FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT AND SHALL REMAIN IN THE
OWNERSHIP OF TOLL WA LP. IN THE EVENT THAT THE HOA IS DISSOLVED OR OTHERWISE FAILS TO MEET ITS
