A NEW 10-FOOT WIDE PRIVATE STORM AND SEWER EASEMENT IS TO BE CREATED

SERVICE LINES SERVICING LOT 1. THE OWNER OF LOT 1 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
MAINTAINING SAID SERVICE LINES AND RESTORATION ASSOCIATED WITH SAID
MAINTENANCE. THE OWNER OF LOT 1 SHALL HAVE INGRESS AND EGRESS RIGHTS

STORMWATER DETENTION VAULT AND ASSOCIATED STORMWATER FACILITIES. THE
OWNERS OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 6 SHALL HAVE AN EQUAL AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN
THE OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE PRIVATE STORM
EASEMENT APPURTENANCES. THESE APPURTENANCE AND MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF ANY DRAINAGE PIPES

EGRESS AND UTILITIES MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT

LOT OWNERS SHALL HAVE INGRESS AND EGRESS RIGHTS ONTO
SAID EASEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE PURPOSES. THE CITY OF
RENTON SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER SAID EASEMENTS
TO REPAIR ANY DEFICIENCIES OF THE DRAINAGE FACILITIES.
THESE REPAIRS SHALL BE AT THE OWNER'S COST. PARKING
ON THE PAVING IN THE ACCESS EASEMENT IS PROHIBITED,
UNLESS PAVEMENT WIDTH IS GREATER THAN 28 FEET.
AND STORM WATER QUALITY AND/OR DETENTION FACILITIES WITHIN THIS EASEMENT, HOQ 1 AH COURT
PRIVATE SIGNAGE, AND OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE NOT OWNED BY THE CITY OF
RENTON OR OTHER UTILITY PROVIDERS. MAINTENANCE COSTS SHALL BE SHARED SHORT PLAT
EQUALLY. SAID OWNERS OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 6 SHALL HAVE INGRESS AND EGRESS
RIGHTS ONTO SAID EASEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE PURPOSES. THE CITY OF RENTON
SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER SAID EASEMENTS TO REPAIR ANY DEFICIENCIES OF
