Existing right-of-way (ROW) width is approximately a 42-foot radius. To meet the City's complete street standards for cul-de-sacs, minimum ROW is a 55-foot radius including a 45-foot paved and landscaped radius and a landscaped center island with a radius of 20-foot. However, the City will support efforts to retain the existing frontage along 121st Pl SE under the following condition: the curb, sidewalk and driveway must meet current ADA and City standards. A modification request will be required to be submitted to the City.
