SELLING PORTIONS OF THE PARENT PARCEL (TRACT 1,BLOCK 2 OF AKER'S FARMS NO. 6). THE DESCRIPTION
OF THIS PARCEL SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOT 1, BLOCK 2 OF AKER'S FARMS NO. 6, LESS THE SOUTH 308 FEET,
LESS THE NORTH 102 FEET THEREBY ELIMINATING THE GAP BETWEEN THE TWO PARCELS. THIS BOUNDARY
REFLECTS THIS CORRECTED ERROR AND IT ALSO MATCHES KING COUNTYS ABBREVIATED LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
