SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
Mitchell Short Plat / LUA20-000044 SHPL-A, MOD
Dear Mr. Goldsmith:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on February
25, 2020. During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to
proceed further.
The following will need to be corrected and submitted before June 24, 2020 so that we may continue the
review of the above subject application:
1. The proposed short plat does not comply with the minimum density requirements of the R-6 zone.
Please provide a shadow plat demonstrating how future subdivision would be accomplished to
allow for compliance with minimum density requirements.
2. There appear to be additional trees available for retention on proposed Lot 2, please revise the
submitted tree retention plan to show the retention of additional trees on Lot 2.
Once the applicant has reviewed the above comments and amended necessary plan sets to bring the
project closer to compliance with Renton Municipal Code, the applicant shall submit electronic copies of
the any modified plan sheets and studies in compliance with the City’s electronic plan review standards.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. Please
