The following items are needed before we can have the pre-con meeting: The following items are required to be received prior to scheduling the pre-construction meeting: * Receipt of the required Surety Device * Acceptable Documents can be found on the City website: Civil Permit Page - See Permit Documents Section <http://rentonwa.gov/cms/One.aspx?portalId=7922741&pageId=9687014> * Required Bond Amount: $125,535.30 * Certificate of Insurance with coverages as outlined in the City’s Certificate of Insurance Guidelines (See City Website) * A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license * A copy of the Civil Contractors City of Renton business license The Invoice for the additional KC ROW Permit Application fee is attached. Payment must be received prior to commencement of the Pre-Construction Meeting. You can pay the invoice on the City’s Permitting Portal <https://permitting.rentonwa.gov/#/home> . Please bring the Receipt from Finance to the Pre-Construction Meeting so that we can verify the invoice has been paid. Please note that after hours inspections and work performed by City crews will be billed at $125/hr. (Applies to inspections performed on Saturdays, Sundays, observed city of Renton holidays, and non-holiday Monday – Fridays outside the hours of 7am to 3:30pm). Best Regards, Jonathan Chavez, P.E.
