Dear Mr. Salisbury,
Thank you for submitting the additional materials requested in the January 28, 2020 letter from the City.
The resubmitted files have been uploaded to the City’s Digital Records Library and can be accessed via
the link here. Your project has been taken off hold and the City will continue review of the Canopy PUD
Preliminary Plat project.
The PUD Preliminary Plat will be scheduled for Environmental Review Committee consideration
following review of the resubmittal by City staff and agencies with jurisdiction. The date, time and
location for the Public Hearing on this matter has not been determined at this time. City Facilities are
