Greetings Everyone
Why reward poor behaviors by placing a moratorium on evictions instead of allowing those who got themselves evicted to be evicted is poor management of social norms.
Next
What should have been considered for a moratorium is initiating a rent freeze city wide immediately and for an indefinite period of time until this COVID-19 and the economy itself returns
to a healthier normal.
Unfortunately our governor didn’t express those realities for our state’s population of renters now in a vise of economic hardship.
