The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is complete according to
submittal requirements.
We will move forward on the informal screening review of the documents that were submitted, but the formal
acceptance (which triggers the 120 day review time) will occur only after the public work items are completed in
the field and all public works items are submitted to the City.
