Dear Mr. North:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application
was incomplete according to submittal requirements on January 16, 2020, with a deadline
of April 16, 2020 to submit the missing items. On April 10, 2020, you requested an
extension of the deadline due delays caused by the ongoing COVID-19 situation. The
extension has been granted and therefore the following items will need to be submitted
by July 16, 2020, in order to continue processing your application:

demonstrates compliance with “Faux Tree” requirements in RMC 4-4-140
