City of Renton File Nos. LUA18-000607 and LUA13-001572
Dear Ms. Davis:
Based on the two (2) contracts (attached) that I received for the Final Mitigation Plan and Wetland Mitigation
Monitoring for Allura at Tiffany Park, A Plat Community by Mainvue, the total amount of your wetland surety
device is $71,261.25. The specific breakdown is as follows:
Maintenance / Monitoring $9,024.00
Wetland Landscaping and Irrigation $47,985.00
TOTAL $57,009.00
125% $71,261.25
This amount is deemed sufficient to guarantee that structures, improvements, and mitigation required by
permit condition will perform satisfactorily for a minimum of five (5) years after they have been completed.
Please pay your surety device at this time, and as a reminder, the City of Renton does not accept bonds.
Thank you for your diligent work in providing a final mitigation plan for this project. Once I have received a
receipt for the surety device, I will issue a letter signaling the start of your five-year monitoring program. Please
