The proposal also includes concept-level designs for the purpose of estimating costs. NCE proposes to complete these tasks on a time-and-expenses basis, not to exceed $7,500. PND will provide coordination between the City and NCE and incorporate the concepts and costs into our ongoing support and options analysis work with the City. We do not consider this additional work to have significant cost implications and we propose to complete these tasks within our existing contract and scope. PND will apply a typical 10% markup to costs from NCE for a total task budget of $8,250. If the City decides to proceed with the addition of a corrosion protection system for the North Water Walk piles, a scope and fee for final design will be determined at a later date. Thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal. We look forward to continuing to work with the City and delivering the best and most cost-effective solutions to your citizens.
