The Development Planning Section of the City of Renton has determined that the
subject application is complete according to submittal requirements and, therefore, is
accepted for review. Please note that, pursuant to RMC 4-3-050J.3 and 4-3-050F.7.i, an
independent secondary review of the geotechnical information submitted with the
application regarding development in an area of protected (steep) slopes will be required
at the applicant's expense.
The project is tentatively sCheduled for consideration by the Environmental Review
Committee on May 2, 2006. Prior to that review, you will be notified if any additional
information is required to continue processing your application.
In addition, this matter is tentatively scheduled for a Public Hearing on May 30, 2006 at
9:00 AM, Council Chambers, Seventh Floor, Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way,
Renton. The applicant or representative(s) of the appficant are required to be presenlat
the public hearin9. A copy of the staff report will be mailed to you prior to the scheduled
hearing.
