Dear Mr. Weber:
The Development Planning Section of the City of Renton has determined that the subject
application is complete according to submittal requirements and, therefore, is accepted for
review.
You will be notified if any additional information is required to continue processing your
application. The Variance application will be reviewed concurrently with the Site Plan
application for the Rainier Avenue Mixed Use Project (LUA04-093). .
This matter is tentatively scheduled for a Public Hearing on January 24, 2006 at 9:00 AM,
Council Chambers, Seventh Floor, Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton. The
applicant or representative(s) of the applicant are required to be present at the public hearing. A
copy of the staff report will be mailed to you one week before the hearing.
