We’ve assigned your project reference number ID26913. Upon review your application appears to be incomplete. Ecology cannot proceed with issuing permit coverage on your project until the below items are addressed. Complete the following items to complete your application. Discharge/Receiving Water Information: Your project discharges to a portion of Cedar River that is impaired for pH. Per condition S8.B of the Construction Stormwater General Permit you will need to submit documentation proving that your site will not cause or contribute to the existing impairment before Ecology can issue coverage. Please complete and resubmit the this form <https://fortress.wa.gov/ecy/publications/SummaryPages/ECY070399.html> as well as the required additional documentation, including relevant portions of your Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that discusses these parameters and Best management practices (BMPS) that will be used on site. A reply by email, providing the requested information, is sufficient; however, please also follow-up by mailing the original 303d form as soon as possible.
