Stonegate Annexation
Proposal Summary
The Stonegate Annexation is the proposal to annex the approved King County
preliminary plat of Stonegate. The Annexation petition would annex approximately 38.8
acres of raw, undeveloped land in King County into the City of Renton.
The property of this proposal is located west of 148th Avenue SE and south of May
Valley Road, and is presently served with water, gas, power, and onsite septic systems.
On June 10, 1994, the King County Hearing Examiner gave his approval for the
preliminary plat of 53 single family lots on the 38.8 acres that is the subject of this
annexation petition.
The Stonegate Annexation petition would annex the approved preliminary plat and allow
for the provision of sanitary sewers to the property.
