CONSTRUCTED PERMEABLE PAVEMENT SHALL BE PERMEABLE ENOUGH TO ABSORB WATER AT A MIN/MUM RA TE OF 20 INCHES PER HOUR /MMEDIA TEL Y AFTER THE PA VEMENT SURFACE HAS BEEN WETTED CON TINUOUSL Y FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES.
