Geotechnical Report, Canopy, 4130 Lincoln Avenue NE, Renton, Washington, Project No. T-7886, prepared by Terra Associates, Inc., dated May 18, 2020 2. “On Hold” Notice, Canopy PUD Preliminary Plat, Renton, Washington, prepared by the City of Renton, dated April 24, 2020, Permit No. LUA19-000223 Dear Mr. Salisbury: As requested, we have reviewed the referenced comments from the City of Renton letter dated January 28, 2020, prepared by GeoEngineers regarding the project site. The following is our response to the geotechnical comments. Comment #6 Protected Slope – Provide an exhibit map in the geotechnical report identifying where the protected slopes are located on the subject property. Response We have revised the geotechnical report and have included the requested exhibit as Figure 3. Comment #10 Secondary Geotechnical Comments - From Lyle Stone, PE, GE GeoEngineers, Inc. We reviewed the comment response letter and reviewed the sections of the report that were indicated as revised. We did not go into the details of the calculation package or revised report to confirm that nothing else had changed. It appears everything that was addressed in the Geotech report, but not all the edits made it to the plan set.
