Senescu Annexation Project Narrative: Scope: The annexation of 587,644.20 square feet (13.49 acres) from King County into the City of Renton. The entire South, West and North sides of the annexation are boundaried by the City of Renton. Use: The use of the 13.49 acres will remain the same, all single family development. Two of the property owners are very interested in development~ Anni~ello wants tn sell his lots and Senescu (Allied Investments) wants to sell his shy five acres. The Senescu property will make application for rezone, probably to R-l, in the near future. It isn't clear if Annicello (since those lots are already subdivided) will replat his propeity into smaller lots and make rezone application to accomplish that end. There are no timing or phasing plans at this time.
