represent more than 10~ of the value of the property proposed
to be annexed;
A description of the property to be annexed (Alternative #2);

My check for 0200 as the initial filing fee.
I noticed that your February 15th letter referred to annexation
proceedings involving the total 30.15 acres (Alternative #1). As you
may notice from the attached, owners representing more than 7S~ in value
of the property identified as Alternative #2 are in favor of annexation.
There are not enough owners in favor of Alternative #1 (30.15 acres).
Please .call me on 345-1613 if you need additional information. I'll
look forward to doing whatever I can to help speed things along.
