filing fee, the city is required to complete an environmental impact evaluation of the proposed
annexation. The environmental review requires a filing fee of $60 plus $1 per $10,000 of
assessed value wi thin the annexation.

COVENANT TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RENTON
referred to as "owners," hereby covenant and agree to sign the necessary
petitions for annexation to the city limits of the City of Renton,
Washington, for the property herein ~escribed and on the terms more fully set
forth below.
1. Legal Description The legal description of the property to
which this covenant shall apply is as follows:

2. Basis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a
condition to being permitted to hook up to sewer and water service from the
City of Renton to serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound This agreement and the covenant to annex shall
be bindin9. on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right,

title or interest in or to said property referred to as the premi~es, and " i
shall be a covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Performance The owners, their heirs, successors or
assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described
premises unto the City of Renton at such time as thi assessed valuation of
the subject premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75% method pursuant
to RCW 35~. 14.120, together with such other adjoining or contiguous area as
the City or other petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when
so notified by {he City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and
to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation. If the
owners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the
right to terminate such utility services.
5. Filing These covenants shall be filed with the King County
Auditor.

BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Gerald D. Cavenee and Patricia L.
Cavenee, husband and wife, of 9803 134th Avenue, S.E., County of King,
State of Washington, the parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One and No/100ths Dollars lawful money of
the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the City of
Renton, the parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and deliver unto
the said party of the second part, the following described personal
property now located, within that certain private road known as 134th
Avenue, S.E. which extends north approximately 250 feet from
Southeast 99th Street, also known as Northeast 25th Street, in the
County of King, State of Washington, to-wit:
Approximately 250 lineal feet of 8" sanitary sewer pipe and two
standard manholes with approximately 25" diameters, and all
appurtenances pertaining to said sanitary sewer system expressly
warranting said sanitary sewer system against any expenses, costs
or liens hereto included thereon by, through or under seller
herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HO~D the same to the said parties of the second part, its
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever. And said parties
of the first part, for their heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second
part, its executors, administrators and assigns, that said parties of
the first part are the owners of the said property, goods and chattels
and have good right and full authority to sell the same, and that they
will warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto the said party of the
second part, their executors, administrators and assigns, against all
and every person or persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim
the same.
