Subject: Memorial Baptist Church Annexation
I (We), the undersigned owner(s), constitute a minimum of
ten percent (10%) of the total assessed valuation for
general taxation purposes of the property for which the
above referenced annexation is petitioned.
The proposed annexation is for the following purpose(s):
To allow the church premises in the vicinity of Southeast
11 6th Street and 138th Avenue Southeast, specifically at
13611 Southeast 116th Street, to qualify for water and
sewer services provided by the City of Renton'as a property
located in the City of Renton.
Further, pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120, the undersigned
petitioners agree to:
1. Submit the 10% Notice of Intent Petition as an intent
to annex;
2. Accept the City's simultaneous adoption of zoning
regulations for the subject property;
3. Accept the City's Comprehensive Plan designations as
they affect the subject property; and
4. Assume their proportional share of the pre-existing
city bonded indebtedness.

through 35A.140.l50, as amended.
I (We), the undersigned, further agree to the assumption of
the pro-rata share of the pre-existing bonded indebtedness
of the City; the acceptance of the provisions of the
Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Code as they pertain to
the area to be annexed; all as more particularly set forth
in the regular minutes of the city Council of the City of
Renton dated , to wit:
