The City further designates the exhibits it intends to use at the appeal hearing and concurrently produces a copy of each such exhibit to Steve Jurgens. A. Witness List The City designates the following as witnesses anticipated to testify at the appeal hearing. 1. Alex Morganroth. He processed and reviewed the subject Reasonable Use Variance application. He has knowledge of and may testify about any of the issues relating to this appeal. His estimated duration of testimony is 20 minutes. 2. Vanessa Dolbee. Contact information: c/o Community and Economic Development (Attn: Vanessa Dolbee) 1055 South Grady Way Renton, WA 98057 (425) 430-7314 vdolbee@rentonwa.gov Ms. Dolbee is the City’s Current Planning Manager. She has knowledge of and may testify about any of the issues related to this appeal. Her estimated duration of testimony is 5 minutes. 3. Steve Jurgens. Contact information: Steve Jurgens 2301 Jones Ave NE Renton, WA 98056 (206) 661-1761 sjurgens22@gmail.com Mr. Jurgens is the owner of the property at 2301 Jones Ave NE and the applicant. He has knowledge of and may testify about any of the issues on appeal, including but not limited to past and current site conditions, interactions with the City, and the specific project proposal. 4. The City reserves the right to call any witness called or designated by Mr. Jurgens. Exhibit List The City designates the following as exhibits the City may use at the appeal hearing. City of Renton (“COR”) Exhibit No. Description COR 1 Staff Report to the Environmental Review Committee d ated February 24, 2020, and the associated report exhibits. COR 2 Decision on Jurgens RUV, dated April 14, 2020 (LUA20-000006) and the associated decision exhibits. COR 3 CED Response to Appeal, dated June 5, 2020 In addition, the City reserves the right to use any exhibit used or designated by Mr. Jurgens. C. Production of Exhibits Concurrently with service of this disclosure of witnesses and exhibits, the City produces a copy of each of its exhibits labeled COR 1 through COR 3.
