This letter shall serve as the Duwamish Tribe’s receipt of acknowledgment of the above-named project.
Based on the information provided and our understanding of the project and its APE we have no
substantive comments to offer at this time. However, please be aware that if the scope of the project or the
parameters for defining the APE change, we reserve the right to modify our current position.
