Thank you for your comments, I have added you as a party of record for this project, this means that you
will received copies of written correspondence from the City regarding the proposal. I have also included
your comments in the official file for consideration by the decision maker.
In your letter, you asked about the project construction timeframe and expressed concerns regarding
street parking. Project construction is anticipated to begin in fall of 2020 and end in December 2022. I
have provided your concerns regarding on street parking to the Public Works Department for their
consideration.
