Subject: Frank Snyder
I believed that there would be an opportunity to speak after Frank presented his case. As things were wrapping up I spoke up but there wasn't any indication that I could be heard.
I'm not familiar with Zoom. Our screen showed the city employees. There was no visual of Frank, Sharon or us, although we heard Frank.
I appreciate your forwarding my emails and information to the Hearing Examiner. Undoubtedly if he saw the property and the boat firsthand he would realize that the boat is not operable.
For 18 1/2 years the view out my front window has been the dead boat. I don't know if you recall that there used to be a dead camper sitting next to it for many years. A few years ago,
a man showed up and carted the camper away. The man told me that he had almost convinced Frank to let him take the boat too, but Frank changed his mind at the end.
We could use a happy ending to this tale.
Stay safe.

Carol Krog
