Finished paperwork from 8/4/16. 1 have received a call from Ken stating that Icon would like to close NE 9th at
7:00am Duvallwhile the pavement is removed_A revised T/C plan for this work will have to be submitted.
8:00am GS is on-site preparing to place T/C.

8:30am Icon is preparing to begin at the NW corner of 6tn. T/C is in place._—

Icon continues to remove concrete at the NW corner of 6th. Bill informed me that there are traffic loops in the
9:00am roadway at.NE 9th that are not shown on the prints; I have called Eric Cutshall for clarification.
10:00am Work continues.
11:30am Icon continues to prepare subgrade for walk at the NW corner of 6tn
12:30pm Work continues.
1:30pm — Icon has finished removing material from the corner and are placing crushed surfacing —_
2:00pm Icon has finished at the NW corner and are planning to perform layout at 7th_AGS is removing th. e T/C at 6th.
I received an E-Mail from Flora about the SE corner of NE 6th St;she stated that the president of the homeowners
assoc. had complained that we were tearing up their property and wanted to know why we removed the sidewalk
and didn't notify her. I took photos of the area and measured the distance from the existing pavement to the
3:OOpm_ back of the exc. and found it.to be 9'3" at its' greatest point. AGS_has finished for the day. _
