7:00am Finished documentation from 8/2/16
8:00am AGS is on-site preparing to place T/C. COR crews are scheduled to be on-site at 8:30am
GS is placing T/C to shift traffic to the southbound lanes at the median Sta. 18-22+00+/-; This was being
performed before placing signage. I have directed them to place signage before any lane sift is placed. CO
8:30am crews are on-site and preparing. Icon is waiting for T/C at Stn
COR crews are performing the tie-in. Pat expressed concerns that there are no gas locates in the area; I have
9:00am talked to Bill and he stated that locates were performed this week.AGS has relocated to 9th to place T/C.
George Stahl is on-site to confirm gas-locations with the COR crew; work has stopped until a determination is
made. Work continues at 9th. Emergency locates have been ordered due to the locate company not locating the
10:00am gas.
mal and PSE were on-site to confirm that no gas line was in the area and work has resumed on the water
10:30am service. Icon is relocating to 611 to continue with the removals. AGS is setting up T/C
Icon has relocated to the SE corner of 6th and is preforming removals. COR crews are backfilling the exc. in the
median and roadway.AGS is using 2 flaggers at this location due to the need to restrict 6th to one lane while work
11:30am is being performed.
12:30pm Work continues on 6th and at the median
1:00pm COR crews have finished for the day. Work at the SE corner of 6th continues.
2:30pm Removals are complete and Icon is exc. for grade and preparing to stabilize the PAR.
3:00pm Icon has finished for the day, AGS is removing T/C.
