7:30am _Finished paperwork from 10/6/16 and spoke with Green City about the needed property restorations.

GS and Icon are on-site preparing for the day. G/C is performing restorations at NE 8th; all of the sprinkler heads
are in place. One of the heads is missing a nozzle and on needs to be added next to the ped. ramp on the west
8:00am side at 7th. Icon has removed the backhoe from the site.

GS has taken the left lane at Sta. 31+50 +/- to establish a clear zone for Cascade. Cascade has begun to

Cascade continues at Sta. 31+50, G/C continues at 7th. 9:45am; G/C has relocated to the NW corner of NE 61h
to continue restoring the irrigation system. Sod is needed at this location and on the SW corner. Seed has been
9:3.0_amlaced on the SE corner of 6th.

Cascade has a load of HMA on-site for the excavations. G/C continues to restore the irrigation on the NW corner
at 61h. When the system was stabilized for construction it was done so in a manner that has made it difficult to
restore. Cascade is filling the last exc. with HMA and will finish for the day. They intend to return next week to
10:30am a I sealant and remove the old castin s from the site.

11:00am AGS is removing all of the staged T/C from Duvall.
GS continues to remove T/C devices from Duvall. G/C has finished restoring the irrigation system at the NW

12:30pm G/C has gone off-site to acquire sod to complete restorations.
1:30pm G/C is back on-site and are placing sod.
