NW is beginning to place turn arrows at 71h& 8th, Icon continues to remove temp markings and G/C continues to

NW was performing the channelization at 71h incorrectly; I reviewed the layout with them and found that they were
using the bid set not the approved construction set of prints.The turn arrows will have to be removed.The layout
or the turn lanes at this location was also incorrect and I have informed them to make the necessary adjustments
before placing channelization. I have placed a call to Mark with WESGRO to have the irrigation turned of
12:00pm tomorrow to allow G/C to perform final_restorations to the system_at_7th_
concerned citizen just informed me that there were no signs up that stated there were flaggers or a merge in
place; I stated that we did have signs up and that the work being performed was a continuously moving process.
I have inspected the signage and found there to be; Road Construction Ahead, Be Prepared to Stop, and Flagge
signage at both ends of the work zone. I have taken photos of the signage. This person has been reported as
12:30pm drivin with both hands on her hone taking video of the work zone with a child in the back seat.

1.30pm Work continues on the thermoplastic markings and RPMs, G/C has relocated to 6th to continue with restorations
I have informed NW that the channelization for the right turn lane at 4th needs to be corrected as there is a shift
in the placement of the RPMs. I have directed NW not to place RPMs without a flagger;they had relocated to 8th
:30 m and were lacin the ore point without fla ers and nearl caused an accident.

G/C is finishing for the day; they have used very little of the topsoil that was delivered. The remaining material is
on the side of the street on 6th and 81h and is causing a hazard. I have directed G/C to push the pile to the curb to
