offset furlough days (i.e. some employees have a Thursday furlough and some Fridays).
I also wanted to confirm that we (City) has until July 14th, 2020 to submit our own reconsideration request.

The City has until 5:00 pm, July 10, 2020 to respond. If the City agrees with Mr. Jurgen's analysis it can simply send an email to all the parties expressing its agreement.
