7:3Opm Seatac Sweeping is cleaning in the southbound lanes. AGS is lacing T/C, Icon is staging a ui ment_-

Icon is beginning to place HMA; their plan is to finish paving tonight if the weather holds. I have informed the
foreman that I won't be walking in the roadway while the paving is being done and asked him to give all the load

Icon continues at Sta 16+OOL+/-. A car drove into the median at Sta. 33+00, Renton PD has taken care of them
9:OOpm and a tow truck has removed the car. KC Testing has a 94% compaction reading on the first area tested. _
10:00pm Seatac is cleaning the northbound lanes, Icon continues at Sta.21+OOL+/-
1 1:00m Icon continues at Sta. 24+50L, I have directed AGS to close the road at 10tH
Icon continues at Sta. 35+OOL +/-, Duvall Ave is closed from NE 10' to NE 4th, Icon is placing temp markings
12:30am from NE4th to NE 6tH
1:30am Icon continues at Sta. 48+75L+/-
2:30am Icon has relocated to Sta. 10+55R to begin second pass to the north. Renton PD is off-site, WSP is still on-site.
3:30am Icon continues at Sta. 16+0013+/-.
We are going to stop paving due to continuous Lt Rain. Icon will return tomorrow to finish. No precipitation is
shown on the radar. Paving over a wet surface has occurred from Sta.26+00-28+00 to cover tack. I have directed
4:30am GS to open the southbound lanes to traffic one lane in each direction until we can open the northbound lanes.
5:00am Icon has finished paving for the night and are lacing temp markings in the northbound lanes.
6:30am Work has finished for the night.
