8:30pm Crews are waiting for Mulier to begin planing
Icon had a pile of cold mix delivered at the SW corner of 6th and a motorist drove over it Bill is taking care o
hem no apparent injuries.The pile was not coned off and the driver had no warning. I have contacted the police.
9:OOpm Mulier has begun planing in the northbound lanes at 4th.
Mulier has completed the first pass and are repositioning. Icon is removing asphalt that the planer was unable to
