Dear Mayor and Council Members:
We, the undersigned owners of not less than n percent in value, according to assessed
valuation for general taxation, of the property herein described and as per plat or map
attached thereto and by this reference made a part hereof, respectfully petition the
City of Renton that the following described property be annexed to the City of
Renton, under provision of RCW 35A.14.120 through 35A.140.150, as amended, and;
We the undersigned, further agree to the assumption of the pro-rata share of the
pre-existing bonded indebtedness of the City, the acceptance· of provisions of the
Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Code as pertains to the area to be annexed, aJJ as
more particularly set forth in the regular minutes of the City Council of the City of
Renton dated July 28, 1986 • to wit:

Beginning at the center of said Section 3;
Thence Easterly along the North line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section
3, said line also being the existing limits of the City of Renton as annexed by
Ordinance Number 3972, to the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the

Southeast 1/4 of said Section 3;
Thence Southerly along the East line of said subdivision to the Northeast
corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 3;
Thence continuing Southerly along the East line of said Southwest 1/4 to
an intersection wi~h the Northerly Right-of-Way Line of Sunset Highway (SR-900,
PSH No.2, S.E. Renton-Issaquah Road) said Right-of-Way being 60 feet in width,
30 feet each side of centerline;
Thence Northwesterly along said Northerly Right-of-way to its intersec_tion
