assessed valuation for general taxation of the property for which annexation Is petitioned.
The proposed annexation Is for the purpose of: ~L1st reasons)
In order to participate with other Renton City property owners in forming an
L.r.D. petition for sanitary sewer service,to our property which is contiguous
to the City of Renton boundry.

I. Accept the City of Renton Comprehensive Plan.
2. Accept the City of Renton zoning regulations.
3. Assume any pre-existing bonded Indebtedness of the City.

PURPOSE OF ANNEXATION -Briefly describe the reasons you deSire to annex.
In order to participate with other Renton city property owners in forming
an L.r.D. petition for sanitary sewer service to Qurproperty. (See attached
letter from City of Renton, dated 12/02/85; Utilities Committee Report dated
09/23/85; and P. 2 of Renton City Council Minutes dated 09/23/85.)
We are currently zoned "MH" (heavy manufacturing) in King County; however,
will be submitting an application to the City of Renton for rezone to "MP"
(manufacturing park).

Legal Description
All that portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13;
And of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23;
And of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24;
All in Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly Right-of-Way Line of
Monster Road S.W. (formerly known as Steele Hill Road -Survey 24-23-4-1,
Established 5-23-31, or County Rd. No.8) with the northerly Right-of-Way Line
of the Northern Pacific Railway Belt Line Right-of-Way in said Section 24;
Thence northwesterly along said railroad Right-of-Way Line, being also the
existing City Limit of Renton as annexed by Ordinances No. 1764 and NO. 1928, a
distance of 280 feet more or less to a point on a line which bears 90' north-
easterly from the northeasterly existing City Limit Line of Tukwila as annexed
under Ordinance No. 252;
Thence southwesterly along said line to the southwesterly Right-of-Way
Line of the former Northern Pacific Railway being also the existing City Limit
line of Tukwila;
Thence northwesterly along said southwesterly Right-of-Way Line through
the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24 through the Northeast Quarter of said
Section 23 and through the SE 1/4 of Section 14 to the thread of the Black
River and the existing limits of the City of Tukwila;
Thence northeasterly along said thread and said City limits line to
southerly Right-of-Way line of Monster Road S.W. (formerly known as So. 153rd
st.), being also the existing City Limit of Renton as annexed under Ordinances
No. 1764 and No. 1928;
