LUA20-000001 Notice of Incomplete Application
We received the Notice of Incomplete application dated January 16, 2020 and the
extension to respond to July 16, 2020. Below is a response to the request for additional
information.
Additional analysis of the average height of the surrounding trees that
demonstrates compliance with “ Faux Tree” requirements in RMC 4 -4-140 ( see
below)

1. Faux Trees:
b. Height: The faux tree may exceed the average height of nearby trees by no more than twenty
percent (20%) or thirty feet (30'), whichever is greater.
Response: Please see the attached tree height map outlining the average height of
nearby trees. There were 33 nearby trees identified with the average
height calculated to be 81.8’. The proposed 99’ tall tower is 17.2’ above
the average height of nearby trees which is below the 30’ allowed
threshold in compliance with this section.
