My representation of Mr. Suciu was for the appeal hearing with the City on the 23rd of June, 2020. Mr. Suciu is free to take the next steps, to either pay the fine or appeal. The City
cannot force me to order my client to correct the violations. I do not work for the City and this is not a criminal matter. My client has the right to make his own decisions. This is
creating an undue burden on my practice by requiring that I stay on the case to enforce the City’s demands.
